Who's coming?

Family-run, our hotels have been designed for all ages. Here are just a few things you can expect when you visit with little ones in tow.

  1. Kids stay free

When you book your family’s stay at one of our hotels, if you're sharing a room, there will be no additional charges for little ones.

  2. Complimentary childcare

We offer 90 minutes of complimentary childcare for every night you stay with us, so you can treat yourself to some well-deserved time out.

  3. Provision of equipment

Our hotels are stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing stay with your little ones including Bugaboo Stardust travel cots, Bugaboo Giraffe highchairs, changing mats and even Bugaboo Butterfly pushchairs! Just let us know what you'd like in your room when booking. As standard, you'll find Little B toiletries too, perfect for bubble baths. We also have Yoto players to borrow.

  4. Baby listening and sitting

Make the most of our baby video monitors while you treat yourself to an adults-only dinner or nightcap. If you'd rather a babysitter, we have trusted teams which can be booked for a supplementary fee.

  5. Family libraries, bookshelves and cinema rooms

Each of our hotels is home to a family library or bookshelf, stocked with reading options for all ages. So when it comes to choosing a bedtime story, your little ones will be spoilt for choice. Elsewhere, you'll find our cinema rooms with daily films complete with popcorn.

  6. Swimming and spa treatments

We welcome kids of all ages in our pools - all day, every day. And we even offer Little ishga treatments, suitable from just 3 years.

  7. Indoor and outdoor spaces to play

Inside, you'll find plenty of spaces for children to play with their new friends, whether that's with table tennis or on a games console. Outside, there are grounds to roam, complete with play areas and scavenger hunts.

  8. Flexible dining options

Our menus have been curated to cater for the whole family - endless options at breakfast, sharing plates at lunch and games galore during dinner time plus purees and a bottle sterilising service. We also have in-room baby monitors so that grown ups can escape post-bedtime for a meal for two.

Dogs are most welcome at all of our hotels and with the exception of our restaurants, they'll have the run of the house.

  1. Doggy welcome pack

We have a small £15 fee per dog, but this includes a welcome pack, complete with a bed, bowls and treats.

  2. Doggy listening and monitors

At each hotel, we have video monitors that can be borrowed, should you wish to pop down for dinner whilst keeping an eye on your canine companion.

  3. Dog-friendly lounges

It's just the restaurant that's reserved for humans only; four-legged guests are welcome everywhere else. That includes our lounges, which are perfect for having a bite to eat together.

  4. A La Bark Menu

Our chefs have created a bespoke a la bark menu for tasty treats. Dishes can be ordered in-room, in the lounges or al fresco.

  5. Waggy Tails Afternoon Tea

Our afternoon tea for dogs (£15 per pooch) - Waggy Tails Tea - includes homemade paw-nut butter biscuits, canine carrot cake, and a puppacino.

  6. Grounds to roam

With plenty of grounds to explore, there is ample opportunity for walks during your stay.

  7. Local walks

Our teams are experts when it comes to their local areas, so if you’re looking for a good walking route, have a chat with reception.

Make our hotels your home from home to explore some of England's best coastal and countryside locations.

  1. Laid-back Lounges

Our lounges are stocked with board games, books and plenty of cosy, fireside spots for a tea, coffee or a tipple.

  2. Swimming pools

Every hotel has at least one swimming pool, some even have two, with a seasonal outdoor pool for those all-important dips during summer.

  3. Spa treatments

We've partnered with Scottish skincare brand ishga to craft a treatment menu filled with soothing massages and revitalising facials.

  4. Grounds to roam

Whether it's an early morning stroll or an evening wander to catch the sunset, head out into our gardens to discover some idyllic spots. Woolley Grange gets a special mention as their Walled Garden really is quite something.
