For adults: Despite an exciting programme of refurbishment work, there’s still plenty for parents and couples to enjoy on a trip to Fowey Hall this season. Take a short stroll into nearby Fowey town where you’ll find an abundance of independent shops and sensational views of the Fowey estuary.For the gin lovers amongst us, be sure to visit Colwith Distillery where you can blend and bottle a bespoke Cornish gin, the perfect treat to savour the taste of your staycation.
For the family: For each day of your stay, make the most of 90 minutes complimentary childcare in the Four Bear’s Den, give sandcastle building a go at the nearby Readymoney Cove, or enjoy a family day out at the Eden Project.
For dogs: Located just moments away from the Southwest Coast Path, dogs are sure to have a fantastic time on their four-legged break, walk along to Gribbin Head via the path, or journey a little further afield and explore the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
For adults: The ideal location for a countryside retreat, enjoy the spring evenings with al fresco dining from The Terrace Restaurant or wander across to our treatment rooms for a bit of ‘me time’ complete with a treatment of your choice.
For the family: There’s something for all ages at Ickworth. Walk along to Elm Avenue and collect fallen branches to make a secret den, hire bikes and cycle along the National Trust all-weather cycle trail (child seats and stabilisers are available) or start a family tennis tournament for a bit of friendly competition.
For dogs: Your furry friends are bound to love adventuring around our 1,800 acre estate or, jump in the car for a trip along to the nearby Deben Peninsula, An area of Outstanding Natural Beauty spanning 25 miles along the East coast.
For adults: For the adventurers joining us on a seasonal break, Weymouth Watersports offer stand-up paddle boards and kayaks to explore more of the beautiful coastline we call home. For those looking to kick back and relax, be sure to order a special Moonfleet G&T cocktail and find a spot in our gardens with views over the Jurassic Coast.
For the family: Children will get the true experience of being by the seaside at Moonfleet Manor. Grab some nets, lines, and buckets for some crabbing in Weymouth, adventure along the Dorset Wildlife Trail, or for a spot of indoor entertainment, have some fun on our Dino Crazy Golf course.
For dogs: Much to your dog’s delight, we’re proud supporters of the Southwest Coast Path which can be accessed from the very bottom of our garden. Head west to Abbotsbury or East to Portland whilst admiring views of Chesil Beach and keep an eye out for the local wildlife.
For adults: Whether you’re wanting to put your feet up or spend more time outdoors this season, the New Forest has it all. Get out on the water with a canoe or kayaking tour along the River Beaulieu before heading back to the hotel for a cocktail overlooking the forest. For a more peaceful getaway, be sure to book into our spa for optimum relaxation.
For the family: As well as The Den, games room and cinema room, there’s plenty for the whole family to enjoy at New Park Manor. Take a picnic and hire bikes from Cycle Experience to see more of our local area, wear out little feet with a trip to Exbury Gardens and see what creatures you can find whilst pond dipping at Ober Corner.
For dogs: Our furry friends will be right at home in the New Forest with acres of woodland to explore but it’s not all about trees – did you know we have Highcliffe Beach within easy reach of the hotel by car?
For adults: Located a short distance from the beautiful city of Bath, there’s plenty for couples of all ages to explore with an abundance of wine bars, quirky eateries, and independent shops. For the more active guest, we’ve partnered with Original Wild to offer guided tours around the city, by foot or on the water!
For the family: We pride ourselves on being family-friendly [LC4] therefore you don’t need to go far to entertain this season. Our glamping suites are back, offering a taste of the outdoors with no compromise on luxury. Experience laid-back dining in The Hideout Pizza Café and make the most of 90 minutes of childcare in The Den (per night). What’s more, our Jacobean manor house is located within a short driving distance from both Longleat Safari park and Lacock - the home of Harry Potter and Poldark.
